Checkin total kompliziert - Bei vorzeitiger Kontaktaufnahme zum Personaö erhielten wir nie eine Antwort (dabei ging es um die Frage, ob die Garage eine Höhenbegrenzug hat) Nicht sauber, kein Abwaschmittel in Küche, Besteck total schmutzig

ルームクリーニングのサービスが定期的でない。ベッドのシーツに家ダニが居るらしく、朝起きたら枕カバーに血がついていた。その後ルームクリーニングに来ないので、翌日からソファーベッドで寝起きしてその後はダニに噛まれる事は無かった。

Staff friendly and helpful. Property very close to International Marketplace. Ocean view restricted as set a few blocks back. Rooms are well equipped, however, too much large outdated pieces of furniture and condo requires modernisation. Bedroom carpet seen better days and needs restreched as creased in a few places. Bedding clean but not good quality. Condo and corridors smell musky. Also be aware that there are more tenant/owners than holidaymakers within the property. Small pool on roof with 10 sunbeds. Also large BBQ area.

Booked for Waikiki Beach Condominiums but once my family and I arrived to the location, we were told that we are not staying at the condominiums but actually will be staying at the Ilima Hotel the next street over. We definitely felt misled since we were expecting to stay at Waikiki Beach Condominiums and booked for a nice room with an in-unit washer and dryer along with our own designated parking space. However, since we were told we were actually staying at Ilima Hotel by staff at the condominiums, we were blindsided by the changes and our expectations. Ilima Hotel was fine itself, but if we wanted to book for Ilima Hotel, we would have booked it directly with them in the first place. Overall, the booking was misleading and we felt deceived and discontent when we initially found out about our reservation. My advice is to just beware of booking a room with Waikiki Beach Condominiums since you might get redirected to another hotel.

Schlafgelegenheit für die 3. und 4. Person. Wenn das Appartement für eine 4er-Belegung angeboten wird, braucht es auch vier vollwertige Betten. Diese waren nicht vorhanden.

抜群のロケーションと室内の設備、広いラナイ(バルコニー)。他のコメントにあるようなマイナスポイントはありませんでした。ワイキキの真ん中にあって静かな環境を求めるのは無理。エアコンのノイズも自分でオンオフ調整できるし、過去に何度も利用しましたが、確かに以前は全て古びていて清潔感もありませんでした。ロックダウン時にリノベされたようで今回は大満足です。このロケーションでフリーパーキングは大変ありがたい。

古い建物なので仕方がないのですが、シャワーの勢いが弱い。改善点としては、食器類の数をもっと増やしてくれれば、何度も食洗機を使用せずに済んだかな、と思います。

I was lucky since I could see the part of the ocean from my room. And it was convenient to wash my clothes in own room by washing machine. But when I booked this room Expedia said there is a bottle of water but I didn’t get it, so I asked the manager, but they ignored my question. And there was a trouble about the leak from the ceiling so I asked the manager again but they didn’t reply as well. The place was very convenient but these attitudes made me disappointing feeling. Expedia said there is a coffee machine, but you have to bring some regular coffee, and you should bring a plastic wrap, a sponge for dishes, some dust clothes , some softener and of course some soap, shampoo and conditioner.

We had booked two condo’s almost two months in advance and did not get room beside each other. It was a big disappointment for our family get together. The condo we stayed in was not maintained and had many issues including broken sofa bed & mattress, uncomfortable extra bed, broken bathroom locks, clogged sink drain, broken sliding door between rooms. We called and showed the dirty mattress and broken sofa bed to the staff several times and requested them to change the sofa bed. The staff did a quick fix by turning over the mattress and telling us it was good now. We made several request to change the sofa bed or the uncomfortable mattress but it was not changed. It was super uncomfortable. We comforted each other by saying at least the view outside the condo was great. Although, the staff was friendly, kind, they only came once to clean our room during our stay. The staff came and tried to fix the issues as soon as we called but it took several attempts to get the items fixed. It was like we were not on vacation but trying to get the condo fixed. The last day, the tv programming just stopped working before the checkout time. The other condo room was much better with a better sofa bed and few problems. Our stay was a big disappointment.
