HI Nonconforming Use Certificate code: 90/TVU-0063 Each room will be assigned a complimentary parking space upon arrival. Upon arrival at the 444 Nahua Condominium Complex, dial 1409 from the enter-phone adjacent to parking spot #11. If you are renting a car, you may temporarily park in spot #10 or #11. Our representative will promptly greet you. You will be given fob keys to your condominiums(s) and an assigned parking spot if required. If you are arriving after 5pm and there is no answer at 1409, wait 30 seconds and then dial 0002. You will receive your fob keys and assigned parking spot from the representative or security personnel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"HORRIBLE-DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

Nothing! Horrible, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Everything: nightmare issue from Day 1: I was turned away by Lei, which is apparently security, that lied about being the property manager upon arrival saying my reservation couldn’t be found, sent to Ilima Hotel around the corner, w/out the same accommodation, and then told my reservation was “found” and had been ready since my arrival on 7/31, on 8/1 was called by Jeanne, she lied about the room being ready also because when I arrived it was still being cleaned/prepped. Minimal supplies: 1 tiny 6” frying pan to cook with, no paper towels or dish soap. Plates, bowls and silverware wouldn’t serve more than a family of 4.

Waikīkī beach condos is a great place to stay! Clean, nice and affordable. Lei is the property manager and she is very helpful. She made our stay more enjoyable. We are so grateful to Lei, she is very good at what she does! Can’t wait to visit again!!

This was my second time staying here. Our view was breathtaking which I was not expecting. Walkable to International Market, very convenient to everything. Parking lot was a huge help which we didn’t have to pay extra; other places you had to pay for parking daily. Condo was clean, safe and quiet. Very easy to get help with if needed. I will always come back to stay at this condominium.

"Overall a good stay, just small issues with WiFi and a sliding door."

Condo was comfortable. Location was near to Waikiki beach, restaurants, and shopping. Parking was good. Would stay again.

Minor issues: WiFi didn’t work well. The sliding door that closed off the bedroom came off its track a couple times when I was trying to close up the room for bedtime.
