"Fun weekend with friends"

Everything was wonderful. Great food and drinks. Amazing service and we absolutely loved our rooms. Over all, an experience we would like to repeat.The only down side was perhaps the night shows that were not all that entertaining although that may be an us thing.

We received the best attention from Angélica Hernández, excellent service, good food, good pool, good transportation service and staff in each area visited, only add more drinks at the bars but the service of each employee is good. Everything is fine, thank God.

Staff is very lazy, food is not good and few variety. Impossible to get reservation to Restaurants. The only good thing is the room and pool.

If you aren't a member they treat you like second class. The bathroom had mold and roaches. The food was subpar at best and the restaurants had set menus you could only pick out of 2 or 3 dishes

So I have to say that we had an absolutely amazing time you know which was difficult to imagine based on all the bad reviews that we read and I just wanna say that the food was good. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind and friendly and we really didn’t wanna leave. That’s not good. Our vacation was we stayed in the presidential suites we had a suite and it was very nice restaurant was right close to where our room. I have been to more I guess exclusive or luxurious places but for the money that we spent we had an excellent time so I would highly recommend the presidential suites lifestyle resort their properties

"Great Girls Trips"

Everyone was so attentive and helpful. The food was great and they even decorated our room for our friends birthday! This was our second year coming as young girls and we will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at the presidential suites for the great service!

"Great location, amazing staff"

Place was excellent, staff was even better. Every one was friendly and all of our needs were met. The food was great, the amenities were great as well. The bars were open late and there were activities to spend time and have fun everyday and every night
