The Morehead Inn

The Morehead Inn is the perfect place to stay near downtown in the Dilworth area of Charlotte. From start to finish, it’s southern hospitality. The rooms are comfortable and traditional And provide all of the comfort you would expect in a luxury accommodation. The common rooms in the old house are stunningly decorated, and give you the aristocratic feel of old North Carolina. I would highly recommend the Morehead inn, and your experience will be so much more than it would be at some chain hotel. Matthew, Philamena, and Sarah are three of the employees that were so friendly and helpful.

The property was dated but gorgeous. Very comfortable and spacious room (I stayed in Mount Vernon room) and the staff was very friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Room was HUGE. Great location and the breakfast was out of this world!

Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly...customer service is A++! The rooms were beautiful and loved the Dilworth with the porch! It was so peaceful and quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The shower was perfect! I like hot showers with a strong spray. The breakfast was outstanding! It is the best place I have stayed in a long time! They made me feel welcome and right at home!! The parking was right there too...cannot say enough!!

This place is amazing! The service was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Even sacrificing their own time to be supportive. The place looked great! Good enough to want to send pictures to friends and family. It was incredible to find such a place so close to the city.
