Location to the beach and restaurants

The carpet in my room was really gross. The rooms desperately need remodeling and I also hear they are getting ready to tear down the hotel and rebuild.

The location is amazing

Location was great. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and Ralph's grocery store. We enjoyed our stay waking up to the ocean everyday was awesome. The hotel staff was attentive to our needs as far as clean towels and any incidentals we needed. All in all our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely return.

The day we spent on the beach was a little disappointing because part of the package was to include beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels--which they didn't provide that service that day. They provided the towels but said due to the storm the day before they weren't providing that service.

We really like the view, that’s the best part and the reason we stay there. We were shocked by the $45 a night forced valet parking. It’s off season and there is a ton of parking available. We never had forced valet before, so that wasn’t something we expected and put a small damper on the trip.

Wonderful stay, I can't say thank you enough to management. They made sure I was tooken care of, the view is spectacular money very well spent. Thank you Pacific Edge Hotel, and your amazing team Godbless you all! Definitely will recommend! Sincerely , J.R

I was over charged by double what expedia had quoted me. Room was filthy and service was terrible. I was told it would. E $20 to upgrade my room then charged $200. Very disappointed in out experience.
