Hotel Alexander I

very clean hotel but always far too hot and wasn’t able to change the temperature in the room. would benefit from a bar area as the hotel lacked atmosphere breakfast just ok

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Very central to Old Town. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the Old Town so walking to the main tourist sites is easy. The rooms are sufficient size-wise and function-wise.

Alexander is super well located adjacent to Krakow Old Town on a very quiet side street. Staff was really helpful also. It was expensive because of high season and my room had very small beds with thin mattresses but it balanced out with the generous in house breakfast and walkability to spectacular architecture.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel jest bardzo blisko sklepów i centrum, kilka minut spaceru żeby dojść do starego rynku. Pokój był dość mały jak na 3 osoby. Musiałam poprzestawiać trochę lozka żeby było jak sie poruszać. Ale jako że w ciągu dnia byliśmy i tak poza hotelem to nie był to większy problem. Kawa i herbata , razem z czajnikiem były w pokoju. Jeśli planujesz być w Krakowie na zwiedzanie to ten hotel jest w idealnym miejscu i jak najbardziej polecam .

Perfect for a city break, a beautiful historic city, with lovely people.

I very much enjoyed my stay. In particular, the staff at reception were very helpful including organising a taxi on my final day which was very much appreciated.
