The property was amazing and their staff was super friendly and kind to help

It was lovely

I missed a trash can in the room (there was only a small one in the bathroom). It was especially noticeable on Friday (May 24) when the room was not cleaned. Then the smaller towel and bathroom rug disappeared after a couple of days (which I told the reception about and then several towels were put in the room but no bathroom rug).

It had the look and feel of a five-star facility, but it was only a four. I have no complaints.

Amadaes at the front desk was great!! Hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was nice, lots of restaurants and places to visit near by.

The hotel is 5 minute walk away from the main square. The hotel was clean and comfortable and I would definitely return

There was no negatives at this hotel and l would definitely recommend it to others. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and modern. Good breakfast selection.

Good location close to old town and tram stops. Easy to walk to from the railway station.

The hotel screwed up the reservation and sent me to a hotel a different hotel!
