Our experience at the Radisson Blu in Djerba was truly disappointing—probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at on the island. From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was far from a 5-star hotel. The welcome at the reception desk was cold and unprofessional, lacking any sense of hospitality or care for guests. One of the biggest issues was the atmosphere. People are smoking absolutely everywhere inside the hotel. As non-smokers, this was frustrating and uncomfortable. Whether it was the lobby, the corridors, or even near the dining areas, the smell of smoke was pervasive. It’s shocking that this was allowed in what’s supposed to be a luxury hotel. The rooms were also a letdown. They were poorly maintained, lacked cleanliness, and at one point, we experienced a shortage of water. These are basic expectations for any hotel, let alone a place claiming to be 5-star. It’s clear that attention to detail and upkeep are not priorities here. The food was another disaster. The quality was poor, the options were limited, and the organization was a mess. For example, during our stay in November, the hotel wasn’t particularly crowded, yet there were still long queues at breakfast—10 to 15 people waiting for up to 15 minutes to get something. How is this possible in a hotel of this supposed caliber? The beach was also a major disappointment. It’s very small, not easily accessible, and was far from clean. Compared to other hotels in Djerba with beautiful, well-maintained beaches, this one fell completely short. It’s simply not a good beach, and it’s one of the reasons we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The one and only saving grace of the Radisson Blu is the spa, which is separate from the hotel itself. The spa staff were extremely kind, and the quality of treatments was exceptional. It’s probably one of the best spas in Djerba, and it’s clear they operate on an entirely different level than the hotel. Overall, though, the hotel itself was a complete disaster. At best, it might deserve a 3-star rating, but even that feels generous given the numerous issues. There are so many better options in Djerba with cleaner facilities, better service, and more welcoming atmospheres. We won’t be returning to the Radisson Blu and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

It was a good experience, since I’ve been a long term member of radisson it would’ve been nice to have been upgraded. I look forward to visiting again.

Les douches auraient besoin d’un coup de peinture (moisissures dans les coins) L’option d’un 3ème lit serait une bonne idée au lieu d’un canapé. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les salle de bain , chambre prévue pour trois mais serviettes/peignoires et accessoires sdb pour deux .Globalement un peu déçue.

2nuits pour finir le séjour sur lile avec tout le confort luxueux. Satisfaction total.

Great stay at Radisson. Good breakfast and room service Nice and large pools. Beach area is great too. Great views from the room. Room was large and spotless. Only minor issue was that I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the room when checking in at 2pm. But it is not really hotel fault. I realized that hotel sent me a message the day before my arrival to ask me what time I would arrive, but I did not respond as my phone was offline.
