Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso, Djerba

Great food!!

On arrival at the hotel.we had booked a superior room which was not in my expectation the bathroom had hair and was not cleaned properly and the toilet hose was leaking and there was water in the hallway when we arrived in the room on the first night which we had to clean . As our flight was delayed we had arrived late around 11pm. Our room was 1111

The stuff are bad, they dont welcome tunisian guest as they welcome the tourists ! We are tunisian and we live in usa . Its not the same respect and value they give to tourist. We heard One of the stuff saying bad words about us at the SPA area. Everything else is great clean and quit. I would give 1 stars just because of the stuff.

Nice hotel with awesome staff. Hygiene below every level, not enough sunbeds on the beach, tasteless food... max 3 stars... too bad

Everything was great. The bar just off the lobby makes a proper double. The beach bar makes a skimpy double. Food was great. Staff was great.

I had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Blu. During my stay, some of my belongings went missing from the room. It’s extremely upsetting and unprofessional, especially from a hotel that claims to offer high standards. I suspect the cleaners may be responsible, and although I can’t prove it, the situation was never properly addressed by management. I want to warn future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables. Use the safe or, better yet, take important items with you. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential, but security and trust are absolutely essential – and they failed on that front.

Overall a decent fly and flop holiday. The buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was repiticious. The turquoise pool bar was ok and service ( mahedi) was good. Sunbeds and as many towels as you wanted. Housekeeping was good very polite lady (nesri) cleaned room daily with always a smile on her face. We were all inclusive but you are only allowed to visit 2 of the 3 restaurants without paying. The italian not worth the visit as very little to resemble an italian on the menu. Tunisian restaurant was ok for what it was. Free massage for 25 mins was ok but wouldnt pay the prices for the. Services offered. A couple of all inclusive bars to drink in were ok staff were pleasant. Ive never been to a so called irish bar NOT Part of all inclusice that didnt have Guinnes or baileys irish cream. 🤣🤣. Majority of staff are ok, not friendly just polite others OMG would blank you. We bumped into the Gen Mgr on the beach (Laurent) brilliant guy. Told him we were going to ask for an extension for 5 hours due to our late departure which he said he would sort for us. The receptionist lady totally denied our request and said hotel was full and not possible and blanked our polite protests untill we Mentioned what Laurent had said with which she changed her tune no apology but told is ok. The attitude by her was less than professional. If your happy to keep yourself to yourself and just fly and flop its acceptable but only just.

I had a nice holiday at Radisson Blu palace - I liked the premium room - very spacious, clean and quiet with partial view to the sea. The staff was very and friendly and the whole place has a really relaxed vibe. No loud animation or activities. The food in the main restaurant was Ok for me - great variety, lots of fruits and vegetables, local food was great (especially the freshly baked bread for breakfast), the rest was a bit bland. I tried the Tunisian restaurant (OK) and the Italian one (not worth it). As to the SPA - I had a complimentary massage and it was good, but the pedicure I paid for was not worth the money. The beach was disappointing - split in two parts and there was not enough beach chairs for such a big hotel. Some days the garbage from the previous day was still in the bins in the morning. My package was all inclusive, but the cafe/restaurant near the beach was not included.

Bel hôtel, belle plage et bon petit déjeuner. Par contre, le buffet du soir est insuffisant. Très peu de choix et peu qualitatif et beaucoup trop cher.
