"Djerba Radisson Blue Vacations"

Most of things were good, animation and organization at pool is good, Should have more games, we played with animator Mohamed and he was cool, The restaurant people werent so nice, Food could be better. The bar people was good aswell. The organization for towel and umbrellas at pool and beach was good too .

Animation on the pool is very interesting, organisation is very good and atmosphere too. The beach is very clean and beautiful. Thank you to boss animation for this organisation on the pool and beach. And thank you special for Mohammed, the best animator. He makes our holiday more beautiful

This stop was one of many for my honey moon trip. The overall experience was amazing. Not because it's as luxurious as the Four Seasons (it's not) but because the staff was able to quickly adapt to challenges and come up with a quick solution. Keep in mind that if you act like a self entitled ********** dont expect the staff to try their best with a smile. You need to treat them like human beings such as you. Don't think that because your European or Asian or any ethnicity that you are more cultivated and know better. Overall the facilities were nice. The beach was nice and the huge outdoor pool as well. Regarding the food, the breakfast buffet was amazing, great selection of sweet and salty but if you show up 20 minutes before the end don't expect to find all the great selection althought there is still a lot of amazing stuff towards the end too. The downside is the food for lunch and dinner for the restaurants. They have Asian, Italian and local food but it's quite average. I didnt even bother trying Italian or Asian food. On a positive note the Turquoise restaurant near the pool has some good things until 5pm (the pizza is so-so). The cocktails could have a little more alcohol in them, I found them a little weak in that regard (the pink lady is pretty good and refreshing). Overall it was a great relaxing experience. The staff is fantastic. Shoutout to the front desk lady bosses Malika and Fathima who know how to take care of everything.

"Great Djerba resort"

Great resort in Djerba. Got a nice room with pool and sunset view. Everything in good condition. Pool area is very good. Selection of restaurants with good food. Service by the pool can be a bit slow, and English skills are average in the whole country. Would easily recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at Radisson Blu Djerba was yet another wonderful experience, thanks to the hotel's outstanding staff who consistently go above and beyond. Special recognition goes to: - Housekeeping team led by Mme Noura and her team especially Ms. Aisha for her impeccable service - Ms. Fathia at reception whose warm smile and genuine hospitality make every arrival and stay very special - Wadie at the front gate for his kind assistance with arrivals/departures - Karim at Ceramic Restaurant who continues to exceed expectations with his attentive service - Turquoise Restaurant team for delicious lunches served with warmth - Spa team including Mr. Wissem (who intuitively understands guests' needs) and the professional therapists Aisha & Imen The property maintains its high standards with comfortable accommodations and excellent facilities. One small area for improvement would be phone response times - during our stay, we noticed occasional delays in answering calls to guest services at various times. That said, what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Their genuine care and attention to detail make Radisson Blu Djerba feel like a home away from home. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
