The hotel not very well maintained

Très bon hôtel, très beau, nourriture très bonne Point négatif la plage n’est pas belle du tout c’est dommage; ayant fait juste avant l’hôtel Hasdrubal prestige où la plage était magnifique.

L’hôtel est agréable et calme. Certains membres du personnels ne. Les services proposés sont intéressants mais un peu cher (par exemple le café).

Très décevant pour un “palace” 45minutes pour faire le check in alors qu’il n’y avait que 3 personnes devant moi! Chambres sales (cheveux qui traînent partout) Tasses au petit déjeuner sales Traces de rouge à lèvres sur les peignoirs! Porte de chambre abîmée Je ne recommande pas cet endroit!

Rude staff in all areas, terrible service, problems every single day. Disgusting rooms, disregarded when making a complaint. Rooms are never cleaned. All Inclusive is not all inclusive. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a waste of money. Spoilt my whole holiday.!

Fantastic hotel with very pleasant spaces and rooms. Enjoyable meals at the Ceramic Restaurant. I didn't like the themed restaurants (meals need to be improved). Fabulous spa. Negative: early in the morning, beach beds were already being reserved by an hotel employee, maybe on demand of some clients. Not correct and this should have the attention from your hotel Administration. Also a little more friendliness at reception would be welcome. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Mohamed was wonderful at teaching Dart and Soft archery. He put Indian music esp for us to entertain us and enjoy our holiday. Beach is lovely and nearby by the pool and quick access. Pool is clean and staff are lovely here.

Animation team was amazing. We really enjoyed playing archery and darts. The pool is always clean and there are always fresh towels available. There are always someone around to help get beds and put up the umbrellas. The food and drink around the pool is decent and again friendly staff around to help. All in all from the animation team to the pool boys and the life guards are all great to be around. Mohamed was really entertaining whilst playing the darts and archery. Thank you team for a great 10 days

The animations were great! The animator Mohamed is amazing – very friendly, kind, and funny. It was a great time and so much fun.
