Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Thalasso, Djerba

Most hotel reviews seem to mention dated rooms but ours was fine for the price paid, comfy bed, great shower, sofa smart TV. Breakfast is decent, this hotel is mainly french so caters accordingly fried,boiled and omelette eggs, cold meats and cheese, fresh juice and enough Danish pastries to kill you! No bacon! I'm not sure if fully inclusive is value tho, buffet dinner is 27 euro and is themed by countries, the french night was brilliant the Tunisian night was indifferent. Beer 9 dinar. Staff are very good, pool is really nice, I'm here in November and all the beach sunbeds are full even with the current low occupancy rate, but the pool area is virtually empty for some strange reason, I'm a pool lizard so that's good for me . Main drawback here is that you are a taxi ride away from everything, say 5 dinar to a restaurant 9 to the croc park. People are allowed to smoke in the bar area rendering it unusable to us. 8 out of 10, good value.

Very happy with my stay at Radisson Blu in Djerba. The Radisson team was outstanding with their services and friendliness. Luxury 5 star hotel, very safe. Well appointed rooms and facilities. Enjoyable stay... will definitely return in future.

Not an all inclusive, and definitely not 5* Check in was ridiculous. Arrived at 10.30, check in opens at 3pm. Fair enough, pretty standard for most hotels. But they will just leave you sat in reception if you don't ask for a wristband to use facilities. We waited around an hour before we could get a wristband to change, get a drink etc. And only got it because we asked and made a fuss. No welcome drink, which is also standard at all other 5* resorts we've been to Back to reception at 2.30pm to see if room ready, it was - lovely! But clearly a lie when they say hotel is at capacity, definitely isn't! Honesty would be appreciated - just say our room isn't ready! Sunbeds comfy, no problem getting one at around noon. Pool area nice. Shame no background music to add some atmosphere, but that's just my preference Room is nice. Although for a 5*, would expect at least water in the minibar! Never been to a 5* all inclusive where the minibar is completely empty. 5 bars, but can only get drinks at 2 of them as other 3 you need to pay extra for. Not made clear when booking holiday or at the awful check in. Buffet restaurant ok - worst I've been to, minimal variety. Staff great though! Hotel building itself very nice, although no maps etc to know where everything is Not tried other restaurants yet, but not holding out much hope.....

the month of August , as soon as I entered the hotel I found a very welcoming environment my interaction with gust relation staff and the reception was very amazing and the were so kind and cheerful. The food was amazing and I was really suprised with Tunisian food also the quality of the restaurant that radisson has the room was great with a nice vue also it was very cold which is amazing in a hot summer in Tunisia and finally the pool and the beach was great I recommand to come here and i will be coming as soon as possible to Djerba

Very nice entertainment. I had a great time. The animator, Mohamed, was very friendly. The water was very clean, the beach was warm, and the area was clean and well-maintained.

Very nice hotel, if u want to relax its perfect place to stay. Hotel is beautiful. Swimming pool and around it's always clean. Atmosphere is so nice, everyone is always smiling and happy to help. Food is amazing. Everyone can choose what they want. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Guys at the bar especially Sami, Chabenne, Ahmed, Meher and Rihad are super cool, we had fantastic time with them, great chat and lots of laughs. Reception staff are nice. Especially young man Yamine, what a brilliant person. He is so clever, very polite, helpful and so nice, very well raised 👏🏼. Our room was very clean everyday and everything was organised perfectly by our brilliant Nassren, she is amazing. She was always making sure we are happy. All ppl who works at the hotel are amazing. We are so so happy to be here.
