Nice quite place with easy access

Lovely hotel. Bar, resturaunt available for breakfast and dinner. Bit pricey though. Very large room fully equipped. Very nice staff.

My family and I stayed here Sunday through Wednesday. The check in and out was very easy, and quick. The place is clean and pretty quaint. The parking lot seemed small but accommodated us throughout the visit. There is also an EV charger, but it is hidden behind a wall on the side of the building. The highlight, for us, were two employees at the Front Desk - Mel and Antone (hope spelling is right.) They both were very informative and took time with us (even though they seemed to be the only ones working.) They alone brought it up one star for us. The lobby is a mix of area seating, "restaurant", corner "bar", and a snack shop. They do have quite a bit of snacks and eats for the traveler. There is also so many options on 23rd. The bartender (older lady with dark hair) was pretty rude to us when we entered the main door on our way back from somewhere. She was also pretty rude with a group that walked in ahead of us. The rooms we had were on the ground floor. We did request it as we were tired of elevators from our previous hotel. The walls of the rooms are pretty thin. We could hear almost everything going on in the next room and the hallway. We loved the room itself. It felt roomy yet it was small. The hotel made great use of every space, nook, and cranny. It was like a tiny house. Lots of closet space, shelves, drawers, lighting, and plugs. Nice desk space. Comfortable seats. The bathroom was a bit tight, and the toilet seemed to be "in the way" of just being able to move around. The shower pressure was meh at best. We even ran out of hot water one night. That was weird. Soap, shampoo, lotion were provided in bottles. Based on location, we would return for sure. If you need to be in this area, we recommend staying here.

The management needs some communication work. The front deck guy was awesome. This place will not take care of customers concerns. The women who answers the phone that handles billing issues is very rude.
