Hilton Garden Inn Panama City

We went the weekend of Memorial day and the hotel staff were very sweet! We enjoyed the different activities and snack during that weekend!

Hotel was overbooked. Room I booked was not available upon check in even though I paid when I reserved.

Breakfast not included. Breakfast service was well below standard

Rooms were very comfy and very clean

The shower could be stronger but no complaints here.

The hotel staff is so friendly. We had a few requests and they were accommodating. They had beverages and popcorn in the lobby when we arrived. That was a first! They played movies for the kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It exceeded my expectations.

Great experience

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and called 2 times before our trip, 2 weeks and 1 week prior to my checkin, in both cases, I was told the room will have 2 queen beds as it was reserved but when we got there, the room had only 1 bed. When I asked the staff/manager, they told me to use sofa/coach as a bed and nothing on expedia is guaranteed. They said the hotel is fully booked and nothing else is available. Even for the night after, they did not give us a room, instead asked us to stay till 3-4pm to see if any other room will be available, imagine we went for vacation on beach and they asked to stay till 3-4 pm in the hotel for a room with 50-50 chance. I had the same issue with Marriott’s closer to the beach and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally, but this Hilton had a very unprofessional staff like it was my mistake. When I was taking the elevator I saw the sign below, just wanted to say nothing is guaranteed in the hotel…
