Very poor customer service Lobby was so dirty I didn’t want to sit down

The hotel is nice, service amazing, close to the bars and restaurants.

Great stay. Would have loved to see a free breakfast, but regardless, great stay. Comfortable room, plenty of space, very accessible. Plenty of parking and far enough away from the main beach area to reset for the night. If you want to go to the beach but not have to fight beach crowds to get back to you room....this place is perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in Panama City. The service was excellent. The manager was very professional with organizing everything for our family reunion. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for resting.,breakfast was delicious. The lobby area was very inviting. A great place to socialize with others. The overall service at this hotel was excellent.

The cleaning service was LESS than par. As we were exiting room for the day, the cleaning staff asked if my room needed cleaning. I responded yes. When I returned room had NOT been cleaned. When I called front desk for cleaning I was told that cleaning staff was gone for the day. Unacceptable!!

Did not like the dinning facilities

Everyone was very friendly. The room was clean and quiet.

Overall bad experience. Hilton hotels have degraded. Room was not as clean as it could have been. Found little trash between the couch. Found soneones glasses in the room. The restaurant was good- bartender/server DEBY was awesome!
