Everything was good except for housekeeping. First day room cleaning was great, then room didn’t get cleaned at all had to ask for towels, after had to ask for towels, gave dirty towels, when room was cleaned only one trash can got emptied and bathroom floor was not cleaned.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The mattress on the king bed was a bit stiff and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was great.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel was very clean, which made a big difference in how comfortable I felt. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear they take pride in providing great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great property and space, however the female working the front desk during the day was quite rude. When I was trying to check in on Friday she just kept harping on an issue with a previous guest and saying how rude they were, yet she was being rude to everyone in the lobby and on the phone.

Only complaints, female working front desk and the musty smell in the hallways.

I reserved 4 rooms with two queen beds each six months in advance for a fun trip with friends. Upon check-in, one of the rooms had only a single bed. We were told ‘Sorry, we’re all out of rooms with 2 beds and we don’t have rollaways or sofa-beds’. Apologies had no meaning!!
