The Quay Hotel and Spa

Staff were amazung nothimg was too much toruble. Spa and rooms were lovely.

Would have preferred a room with a balcony but that is preference only and would consider this when booking again.

Beautiful setting next to the estuary. Large clean rooms and a lovely decor throughout the hotel. The spa facilities are superb and really set the hotel apart from others I have stayed in.

Beautiful rooms, super friendly staff , fantastic location & amazing cocktails. Reception even booked a taxi for us to get into Llandudno

Amazing location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very spacious and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Atmosphere around the hotel was relaxed. Views from the terrace were superb. It’s the perfect spot. Would definitely recommend. I will be returning soon!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous with next level service from every member of staff. We only stayed one night but I truly wished we could have stayed longer.

My room had hairs on the pillow case but the rest of the room was clean and the hotel was clean.
