My partner and I have visited The Quay on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed the experience. Brid , the Manager , runs a very " tight ship " , supervising a very pleasant, cheerful, efficient staff . She is very welcoming and remembers lots of personal information about her clientele . The hotel is situated on the beautiful Conway estuary and watching the " ebb and flow " of the current ( echoed in the name of the efficiently run restaurant, ) is extremely relaxing and the sunsets are amazing. The quality of the restaurant and bar meals is excellent. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely clean. On our last visit we had a ground floor room overlooking the courtyard fountains that are lit up at night. We will certainly revisit the Quay before the Autumn. Thankyou so much to Brid and her hard working staff. Sue and Christopher.

Lovely hotel. Breakfast is incredible.

Doors bang so load. Showers are rubbish, cheap shower heads and enter via a bath. No one has baths in hotels anymore. No fridge in the room

What a lovely hotel with the best sunset ever gorgeous large rooms epic staff the food is to die for as is the drinks Sam the barman keeps the beer absolutely spot on the best pint of John smiths I’ve had around the country and he’s the man if you want a cocktail all in all you won’t be disappointed with this gem of a hotel
