The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views over conwy.The restaurant was beautiful, and the food in the Ebb and flow restaurant was delicious. The place is very clean.

My partner had arranged for flowers to come to the room for myself as a surprise. However, on arrival, they weren't there, and he had to chase them down. His luggage was also delivered to another room. The rooms are a little outdated for the large price tag.
