Me encantó el alojamiento, fui con mi pareja y me pareció muy nivel top. Fernando el recepcionista increíble muy amable y dando buena información. todo muy bien. repetiremos al 100x100 desayuno increible.

El desayuno estaba bueno pero los churros muy blandos, el único pero.

La situación y el personal.

Nos instalaron en una habitación en la primera planta encima de la parada de taxis y me fue imposible dormir por el ruido de la calle y por lo pronto que empiezan los taxis a trabajar con las radios. Me cambiaron amablemente la habitación aunque a una más pequrña donde faltaban las toallas de piscina y los albornoz.

"MI CASA EN GRAN CANARIA"

Hace años que me alojo en este hotel y la ubicación, el desayuno y, sobre todo el personal son TOP. El trato siempre es cercano, amable y no dejan absolutamente nada al azar. El apoyo de su relaciones públicas y su interacción con clientes y recepción me parece un acierto total.
