Hotel totalmente recomendado. Ubicación excelente, a pie de la Playa de Las Canteras. Habitación amplia, limpia, camas comodísimas. Cerca de mil sitios de ocio, supermercado justo en la puerta. La zona de piscina perfecta para relajarse y desconectar con unas vistas espectaculares. Destacar el atendimiento del recepcionista Fernando que nos atendió con un trato inmejorable en todo momento. Fin de semana inolvidable junto a mi pareja. Sin duda volveremos!!!

Me esperaba una piscina algo más grande y una zona de hamacas algo más amplia. Habían apenas aproximadamente 10 hamacas. Cierto es, que es imposible por la estructura del edificio el que sea más amplia.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach. The room had a refrigerator, enough space for a comfortable stay, and the bed was good.

The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. In the photos it looks large and impressive, which was actually the main reason I chose this hotel. In reality, it is very small and looks nothing like the pictures, which feels misleading. There were also drainage issues in the bathroom. The shower drained very slowly, and at one point the water overflowed and flooded the bathroom all the way to the entrance of the room. Another downside was the lack of refills. Upon check-in, complimentary water was provided, but afterwards there were no refills of water or other basic amenities. There also didn't seem to be any place where guests could refill drinking water, which was inconvenient. The reception staff were not particularly welcoming. I noticed that other guests were offered a welcome liqueur during check-in, while I was not offered anything. It may seem like a small detail, but it left an unpleasant impression and made the service feel inconsistent.
