Shorelands Guest Resort and Cottages

We stayed at Shoreline because they allowed pets. It worked well for us - we were able to walk the dog to the beach within particular time frames and leave her in her crate to have dinner. The staff loved our dog. While the rooms are old, the location allowed us easy access to other towns along the coast. It was also easy to travel to and from New Hampshire where we visited family.

Now I know why they gave such a reduced rate for there holiday rates they advertise one rate then charge you extra after you leave which I am disputing with the bank about not paying

great area for a vacation. quiet, in amidst the wildlife refuge. but just south of Kennebunkport, and north of Ogunquit. Beach across the street within a short walk. nice cottage, with cute decor. wonderful bedding. well equipped kitchen.

Cute and comfortable cottage. Beautiful walk to Parsons Beach only about 10 minutes from cottages! Overall great experience though could have used more cleaning during our three night stay.

Clean, cozy and quiet! My partner and I had a good time and also liked that it's dog friendly! Short 10 min walk to Parsons Beach, 10 min drive to all the restaurants and shops! I would stay again!

Check in was smooth, staff was pleasant. But the cabin was about 40 years beyond its prime. The bathroom was wicked small, the layout odd and the beds were old metal and not comfortable. The location was not bad though.

teeny, tiny accomodations, but fun, clean & hospitable - cottages would return again & again

Situated between Wells and Kennebunkport, near the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, two bedroom two bathroom cottage with full kitchen. This is our second year staying at Shorelands and we will be back.

We stayed here over a weekend in September. It was a nice place, but don't expect a hotel-level attention to detail. There were a few holes in the drapes and everything looked a bit lived in. That said, it was within a mile of a beautiful beach and about half the price of other places in the area. I'd definitely stay again, no question.

I felt like I was stepping back in time at this place. Far from modern, but well maintained and charming. Don't worry, theres tv etc. The mini houses are split in two. Our side had a full master bedroom and the front room had a full bed and a twin. The rooms were spotless, which is most important to me while traveling - so bravo to their cleaning staff! Minutes away from the heart of town. There's homemade muffins in the morning, get there quick cause they go fast! I chose this place because they're pet friendly. They only allow you to walk your dog across the street very close to traffic. If they had something a little safer it would have been perfect.
