Next to main road, if you are sensitive to sound, those street noise may be a concern to you. Location is great.

Liked: 1) Excellent location (5 min walk to Queen Victoria Market; Elizabeth St tram half a block away so it was very easy to get to Bourke St or Flinders station) 2) Room was clean and well serviced 3) Lots of stores and shops nearby, including an excellent Turkish bakery practically next door Needs improvement: Hotel could use a bit sprucing up … but I understand a major renovation is planned soon

Given the time of year with AO on and the last minute booking the place was acceptable. I wouldnt recomment the hotel to a friend and i would discourage a friend from booking the hotel.

This property, situated at the north end of the downtown free tram area, was a perfect find for me while working abroad. Quiet, close to dining and entertainment options. All that I needed.

The shower recess could do with a thorough cleaning. The consoments were not replenished. I would stay again but cleaning needs to be improved.

This hotel was great, in a convenient location close to public transport and lots of eateries and shopping. It was quiet and the bed comfortable. Loved our stay here and would love to stay again.

We had stayed at the Jasper before hence our return unfortunately it has become rundown and service isn’t great. We won’t return you can get a nicer hotel in the area for similar price if not cheaper.
