Property Notes

Children's meals are not included in the rate. Children up to 15 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds can be placed in suitable rooms, please contact the hotel to confirm if possible in the room you are selecting. Children's meals are not included in the rate and are charged for as meals are taken. A further investment program is currently in progress. Renovation work is done from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Rooms are being added above the Garden and Spa wing. All works are due to be finished in Autumn 2022. Please note: From 1st April 2022 we are moving to cashless payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please note that the card used to make the reservation will be required upon check-in and must be verified by the pin. Please note that our Deluxe, Deluxe Partial View, Deluxe Seaview and Studio Seaview room types offer rollaway beds for children staying in them. These are only suitable for children aged up to 12 years. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per pet, per night applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Stunning property on the coast, but could do with some closer attention to detail in the winter."

Beautiful setting and building. The den was great for kids. The games room and library is a nice touch.

Our massage got cancelled on the morning of our stay. Some of the staff seemed a bit miserable and they were a little short staffed. We had a huge storm and there was garden debris everywhere but nobody picked it up throughout our entire stay. The outside furniture should have been stored for winter, we could see a lot was getting damaged and it looked a mess strewn everywhere.

"Storm Ingrid"

It was Storm Ingrid and it was in full force when we arrived. Didn’t get an opportunity to explore much but the Hotel was beautiful in its architecture and furnishings
