Property Notes

Children's meals are not included in the rate. Children up to 15 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds can be placed in suitable rooms, please contact the hotel to confirm if possible in the room you are selecting. Children's meals are not included in the rate and are charged for as meals are taken. A further investment program is currently in progress. Renovation work is done from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. Rooms are being added above the Garden and Spa wing. All works are due to be finished in Autumn 2022. Please note: From 1st April 2022 we are moving to cashless payments. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Please note that the card used to make the reservation will be required upon check-in and must be verified by the pin. Please note that our Deluxe, Deluxe Partial View, Deluxe Seaview and Studio Seaview room types offer rollaway beds for children staying in them. These are only suitable for children aged up to 12 years. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £25 per pet, per night applies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The spa was good, the room was good .

The restaurant was too dark , difficult to see the menu, and the food was not as good as expected for à la carte.

"Very enjoyable, despite a few little hiccups."

Breakfast was okay but not particularly tasty ingredients. Location of restaurant good. We complained about the sour butter. The stock rotation needs to improve and the way the butter is stored needs to be better.
