Hot Shower was the best!! Comfortable beds but the microwave was not cleaned. Small things need fixed but not bad overall.

Terrible experience. Holes in wall, cracked ceiling, missing tile, raunchy smells, hair in the sheets and more. Thankful I was able to get Full refund and move to a new facility

Quiet place, decent rooms. Breakfast was very limited. Spent 3 nights and most mornings no yogurt, fruit. Very basic.

Friendly people !¡!very clean and quiet

The staff was very helpful. It seemed empty but in the evening it was packed. You would never know because everyone was very respectful and it was always quiet. The inside was clean, warm, and never had an issue with anything. I extended my stay here. And recommend it to anyone coming through Torrington. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

The breakfast counter was coverered in crumbs and dust from one end to the other. We were the first ones to use it at 6:00 a.m. Looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in days/weeks. Absolutely disgusting.

Rooms were ok but property is not good.

The place was very clean. Worth the price I paid. I believe they need to work on the property outside. It looks bad. Rooms are great tho
