Sir Thomas Hotel

We loved the location and the staff were fantastic - all were really friendly, helpful, and cheerful….couldn’t do enough for us. From the lovely lady who welcomed us at reception to the bar staff and the waitresses at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order with all the additions of cereal, pastries etc. Best Pornstar martini ever (the mint added something!) Our bedroom was a good size with a nice bathroom and the beds/pillows were SO comfy. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat….thank you for a lovely comfortable stay.

It had character, comfortable bed, quiet room, central location

Boring breakfast, poor coffee

Staff were all so welcoming & processional, nothing was a problem excellent

Breakfast was overcooked only warm not hot, eggs was always overcooked, continental no organisation myself & others were always asking for something eg: cups T spoons milk hot water etc, staff wasn’t assertive at all floor VERY STICKY nowhere to put used T.bags etc, i put a cereal bowl for people to use, top was very messy with milk water juice etc, breakfast was not enjoyable at all. Need a lot more attention to detail, instead of breakfast staff standing around chatting & keep checking if anything was needed, it could be a 3star & not 1 star very dissapointed

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Room was smaller than I thought it would be but very clean.
