Sir Thomas Hotel

I visited for a one night stopover as I was attending a business meeting. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were excellent and the room very good and immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious and excellent quality. Nastasja the new general manager was superb and I am sure she has big plans for this Hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Liverpool. This place is definitely on the up. Awesome

Nothing really☺️ Bit of a wait for breakfast so a little late checking out !!

The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable, had everything you needed, iron and ironing board, tea making facilities, big tv however some channels wouldn't work, like a poor signal

Well, the parking we should of had for a discounted price of £9 was closed however the hotel didn't have a clue about this so we spent an hour finding another suitable place to park, which cost more than double. Then when we arrived back after our evening out only to find vomit on the floor outside and inside of the lift, just covered with a towel, it honestly was disgusting, but we was on the top floor so had to use it regardless, but when we arrived at our room the key card didn't work so had to go back to reception, where I found no one around at first, he came in from outside and when he was fixing my card I did challenge him about the vomit. To which he said he was busy with the bar, to which I pointed out the two people sat in there! I told him that cleaning up should be a priority and that I was not happy having to use the only lift in that state. What shocked us the most was the towel was still covering the vomit when we came down for breakfast the next morning at 9, obviously it had been left for the cleaners more than 10 hours later! Also wasn't impressed with the breakfast sausage probably had less than 50% meat content and coffee was weak and not very hot.

Excellent position to reach all attractions. Beautiful building and the room was fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I thought it was great value for money and if I return to Liverpool, I would book it again.

No left luggage facility available at the moment, they said they are looking at trying to provide this. The pillows were a bit hard gör my taste.

Central location, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast ( porridge!) , comfy beds

Shower had no extraction fan to switch on , got steamed up quickly in small space

We were told we couldn’t check in till 3 pm and couldn’t leave our cases, as the didn’t have a room to hold them, there was a room behind reception they could use

Not able to sleep, the noise from the street was very loud, the bathroom window did not have blinds, and you could be seen from the street

Location and ease of finding from train History of building Breakfast was excellent great choices Very friendly helpful staff We would use hotel again
