I liked the size of the room - having a separate sitting area and kitchenette was fantastic and the balcony for hanging out things to dry. The location was also brilliant for getting into the old town quickly.

I have only positive comments and no complaints. Everything was perfect. I have stayed in many accommodations throughout Rethymnon and this is by far the best in every regard. Wonderful and professional staff, absolutely delicious food, beautiful courtyard, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, live entertainment, excellent location.

The hotel is located 3 min walk from the beach. The Old town is in close access by foot. Breakfasts and dinners are fabulous, very tasty and divers over the stay. Rooms are large and clean. In every room there is a small kitchen with all necessary stuff. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this place. Recommended for families.

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable, the pool lovely and HEATED a massive bonus in April. Food was always tasty, but could be busy with a bit of elbow barging by some of the other guests! A couple of small details could be improved - the gym was closed which was a shame, there was no notice of this. Our room was se up for 3 rather than four, and the kettle didn't work. The WiFi was good, but sometimes intermittent. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would definitely book again.

The location was excellent. Close to the beach, many restaurants nearby and not far from the old town. Nice hotel all in all - friendly staff, nice pool area, good breakfast.

The pool was supposed to be heated in October, but it wasn't. It was a shame, especially for the children and because the weather was not very good during our stay.

We liked everything :) The location is perfect, near the beach and downtown. The food and the eating area are nice, the staff was very friendly. The pool had heating and there were enough sun-beds. Different entertainments almost every night, but if you don’t want to be part of it, you will not be bothered by it. We had the best time in this hotel :)

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that you have to buy all drinks, even water (2.20 € a bottle every night) at dinner time. It would be more convenient if water would be included or added to the price of the dinner. Although the service was quick, it was still little bit uncomfortable. And be aware when you rent a car, finding a parking spot every day is a challenge 😀

Great location, lovely staff, really clean pool area, handy kids playground, reasonably priced food and drinks, comfortable beds, handy kitchenette.

Charging to store luggage and charging for use of a safe in your room. Both unreasonable in my opinion, I have never experienced this in a hotel before.
