Die gebuchte Kategorie stand nicht zur Verfügung (Twin statt Double erhalten). Das gebuchte Frühstück wurde nicht mal erwähnt, keine Hinweise zu Frühstückszeiten oder Räumlichkeiten. Bad ohne Fenster und ohne funktionierende Belüftung, die Dusche hatte überall Schimmel. Matratze durchgelegen, man hat jeden einzelnen Bestandteil gespürt. Positiv: kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof.

You have to pay for the hotel parking. The aircon wasn't working.

They was no way to enter building with out steps. The first language isn’t English and they can find it hard to understand English. They don’t have any GF bread or vegetarian stuff like sausages for breakfast. They advertise being a buffet restaurant which isn’t true and you have to wait for ever for your evening meal. Which is hardly anything and expensive. However if you are on third floor you do get a balcony. You get a code for your room instead of a card. Take a photo of it and it’s easier to look after than a card. Outside you have a McDonalds in the same area about two minutes from the door. The cost of the night is good. I hope the hot water is working for you as they had only got it back up and running the morning before I went home. They did warn me though. I hope you have a great night. I do enjoy their beds and pillows. I have had a great night but I eat at McDonalds it’s cheaper and better.

We’ve stayed here for years on business when it was a holiday inn. Had no idea it had been taken but wow have they let the place go. Dirty rooms, doors not locking, bar shuts at 09:00, no information on check in, we had endless issues. Staff on reception were less than helpful in rectifying them. Real shame as it used to be a nice hotel but will not be staying again !

Super convenient for the railway station and excellent value as stop-over to visit Liverpool.

Good value for the price. Somewhat noisy. Unpleasant music in dining area. No free parking.
