Good location The host was not onsite but was easily accessible by phone

This property was in dire need of some cleaning and major renovations.

Near the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Old residence that lacks maintenance. Tiny shower with little pressure. In our room(4A), no table with chairs, power outlets not all working well.

The location was not bad.

Full of junk everywhere, grubby, not clean, beds falling apart, wallpaper peeling off the walls, in desperate need of cleaning and renovation!

This was just what we needed, no frills clean Bed and Shower, Walk to beach !

A little upgrade from camping. The place is truly run down. Our room was renovated but my 12 year old would have done that job. Definitely rushed, no attention to details. Outside needs a lot of fix up, construction material and trash in the back Now the location was great. Short walk from the beach and 20min walk from main Street. We enjoyed that a lot. Check-in was easy but you will not see anyone. No breakfast. No instructions for wifi. Nothing, bare bones!

I found the Inn to be quite charming and the rooms clean.

Not bad for the price, but the place needs some TLC. It is a quaint little place with so much potential. I believe the proprietor has plans to upgrade. The location is great and will stay here again.
