The contact person was very nice and efficient, but that’s where the positive ends. The place itself needs A LOT of work, yet we were told our unit had recently been renovated. The bathroom couldn’t have been part of that renovation; the shower stall and shower head were covered in black mold. The wall in the bathroom had mold all over it, and it was partially covered with a plastic cover. The bed was very uncomfortable. The furniture was oversized for the size of the room, and it was very dated. The small refrigerator had duct tape inside where the rail for holding drinks in the door would have been. The renovations were paint and new flooring, but even those were done in a haphazard manner. We booked this based on positive reviews so I feel a HUGE obligation to others to let them know what to expect. I would not recommend this place at all.

I find it very clean and comfortable in a cozy sort of way. Small, older place with older furnishing's, within walking distance to beach. Very quiet this time of year, just the way I like it. The woman that lives on premises is very kind and accommodating and the owner is as well, even if I only commented with him via phone and tex. The place is undergoing renovations, so by summer it will be even better than better.

The Manager was pleasant and accommodating, however, I never saw him in person. There is nobody at front desk ever. You just let yourself into the building and lock door behind you and go to your room. This felt uncomfortable and scary as I was traveling alone. The place is very quaint and has potential. Needs a good dusting. I even washed silk flowers in my bedroom as they were very dusty. The yard is nice, but also needs to be cleaned up. Cute gazebo that could use a paint job. Junk in back yard. I think this owner needs to hire somebody for front desk and to maintain the property. The front entrance is cluttered and needs a good cleaning. Not a very welcoming entrance.

For the price, can’t go wrong. Obviously dated and traditional cape cod style, but better than a more expensive motel. No issues and quiet location close to the beach

No frills. Just a room. Room was clean and reasonably quiet. Property is older and in need of updates. Shower was very small. Owner was quite responsive by text. Self service check-in.
