"Helpful staff, large rooms, but they could do more for the environment."

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a powerful A/C unit (somewhat loud), plus 2 large TVs. The hotel had a free shuttle bus for nearby destinations. There was an uber pick-up point in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was ok, but as seems to be usual in America, there was usually only plastic cutlery and paper plates to throw away after each meal. And in the room the towels were replaced every day, despite a notice saying "we care for the environment, hang up your towel if you want to re-use it" which I hung over my towel on the hook!
