"Lacking attention to detail"

Lack of attention to detail: -checked in at 4pm, but when we went to the room, it was still being serviced by housekeeper -TV not connected to WiFi. Didn’t work -only 2 towels when we reserved the room for a family of 4 -lobby coffee not ready until 6:30 -shower door handle falling off Otherwise OK. Clean and pretty new. Bed is fine. Staff were nice.
