"Decent hotel"

Decent hotel. Breakfast was good, some local stores and restaurants is closer than it first looks. Its pretty noisy, no sound isolation between rooms or hallways.

The hotel was good overall, rooms were clean, and facilities were nice, except for their receptionists (ladies) we checked in 3 hrs after check in time because rooms weren't ready and we were very understanding of their excuses but when we wanted to check out just half an hour after 12 the receptionist (she) was extremely rude.

The frontoffice receptionist Tareq was nice receiving us and he explained to me what things in the spa I can use very friendly. But next day morning. The front officer (she) did not accept late checking out until 3 pm and warning that 1 minute after 2 pm will be charged . The hotel is very old. The furniture is so much used. The AC has noisy sound. The small refrigerator is very used and is not working . The curtains in the room are torn. What else.. I am not coming to this never again. Thank you Wyndom!!!

"Nice hotel with good service"

The check in was smooth and we were upgraded. Friendly service and the staff really accommodated to our request on car park, room service etc. We did not find too many restaurants nearby, and if you want to go to the Old City, you would need a car or grab a taxi from the hotel. Even though rooms are non-smoking, we found many guests smoking outside the rooms along the corridor. When we pointed it out to the staff during check out, they were apologetic.

"Stay at Days Inn Amman"

Had a good stay, room was nice and bigger than expected. Sara at the reception was also very welcoming.
