Excellent location, funky decor, spacious and comfortable room. Great shower and towels and I loved that there were lots of power points with mirrors nearby.

We recently stayed at this hotel while celebrating an 18th birthday, and overall it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us, which made the stay feel really special. The hotel itself is beautiful and very aesthetically decorated, with a real sense of style throughout . We were kindly upgraded to the Black Room Suite, which was absolutely stunning. We were on the top floor facing out to the Main Street and the noise level wasn’t bad. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. There were just a couple of small downsides. The air conditioning/heating system wasn’t the easiest to use, and the water pressure in both the sink and bath could have been better. The fire in the room also didn’t work, although it wasn’t needed during our stay. Despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return. A memorable stay made even better by the wonderful staff.

Really nice designed boutique hotel, great food, friendly staff.

Far too much ice in the drinks, take the ice out and you’d be lucky if you had 1/4 of a glass of beverage. Given diluted orange cordial as a breakfast juice. Basics at breakfast should be self serve and of much better quality and variety. The view from the room looked directly into offices opposite.

Very helpful and kind staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good, too. The position of the hotel was excellent, we were able to only move on foot from there to visit almost the whole city.

The garbage truck was passing just outside our window very early in the morning and it woke us up at 6:45 at least twice in 5 days.

The property was really clean and in a great location.

We absolutely love staying at Tigerlily! The rooms are exceptional and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and go above and beyond! We can’t wait to go back!
