"as stated was a nice stay good staff and hot tub amazing"

hot tub and sauna were amazing and open until midnight that was a bonus . lobby coffee was super good and they made me a fresh pot in evening we travelled from calgary on motorcycles through some pretty heavy rain and cool temperatures this hotel was an oasis located next to highway smitties restaurant across the parking lot was a bonus and they allowed us to leave our bikes in carport until we and the bikes dried off was the best hotel of our mc tour !

no breakfast and hot tub/sauna were not open until 10:00 am next day

The moment we arrived we were greeted by enthusiastic staff. All the facilities were explained and were excellent. The spa and sauna were relaxing and the meal room was fully equipped.

"A really lovely place to stay, and very conveniently located close to town."

We loved the view of the river. Also really enjoyed the design of the rooms - the giant photographs of Fernie as headboards were a cool touch. Appreciated that the Fox is trying to go green! Loved that the hot tub and sauna were open till midnigh.

There were some dead flies in the hot tub (ick).

Really good staff and decent set up ! Good if you're in the area or need a quick place to crash !

The hot tub was mid ! Wasn't warm at all ! Wish it was hotter !

"Amazing stay"

Very nice rooms, clean, good mattresses. Hottub great for after skiing/snowboarding. E-bikes, outdoor BBQ place that you can use as a guest.

"We had a pleasant stay"

Bathroom was really nice, beds were very comfy. Hot tub was awesome.

It would be nice to have a light at the entrance of the room, and a closet or somewhere to put our shoes.
