I want to sincerely thank the entire staff for handling such an unfortunate situation with exceptional professionalism, compassion, and kindness. Everyone went above and beyond to make a difficult experience much easier, and I truly appreciate the care and support I received. The team here is outstanding and sets a high standard for what hospitality should be. Because of this experience, I will absolutely stay here again whenever I'm in Baltimore. Thank you all for your exceptional service.

The staff went above and beyond and the room was large and spacey and super comfy pillows. Also they had great breakfast options.

I am a diabetic.I came there to get away.I have my own place, but I cannot sleep at home.So I came there to get some peace But I have a problem sleeping so when I get up and go to the bathroom the\nToilet , do not flush like a norman toilet do i have to hold it about 2 minutes.So now I can't go back to sleep and that was a problem

I do not like the food the people was nice. The hotel was nice and clean.\n I do not like the way the kitchen look. Ed the refrigerator was too small.

Location was great, just around the corner from the convention centre and across the street from the baseball stadium. Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was nothing special but served the purpose. The floor in the shower was slippery

Room was very spacious, staff was very friendly and breakfast was the normal breakfast that is offered at Hampton Inn,This is location was perfect, you can walk to Camden Yards
