Necesito que alguien me explique a que corresponde un valor debitado de la tarjeta de mi esposo, realizado el día 3 de mayo. Al salir de la habitación (10 de mayo) y pedir hacer el checking no nos pidieron nada. Nos dijeron que todo estaba bien y eso era todo.Cómo puedo pedir el reembolso de este valor? Cabe indicar que no requerí ningún servicio adicional. No tengo queja del lugar, en lo absoluto. Pero si de la persona que nos dijo que ellos no cobraban nada porque el servicio había sido a través de un tercero. Quisiera que alguien se comunique conmigo para que me devuelvan ese valor

Friendly staff, let us check in a little early. Very nice room, and enjoyed the swimming pool. Close to exceptional restaurant. And before checking out, we had a beautiful walk by the lake.

The experience was not great. The kitchen was not stocked. It had one pot that was completely ruined and unusable, no utensils. There was no soap. The complimentary breakfast was the same everyday. Very minimal options, scrambled eggs that I saw them dumping into serving trays from plastic bags. You had to use styrofoam bowls, paper plates and plastic utensils. They didn’t offer muffins or pastries of any kind. The coffee was often empty and guests were left waiting. I was there for 5 nights and housekeeping only came by once. The washrooms in the room was also under stocked. The pull out sofa bed was so horribly uncomfortable that we couldn’t use it. The building is loud and you could hear the poeple in the rooms above. The pool was cloudy and you couldn’t see the bottom. This was probably one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The only positive was recent renovation

Nice large room with full size fridge, coffee/tea maker, great shower, relatively comfortable bed. Wifi worked very well; large selection of breakfast items; comfortable seating area for breakfast.

Room was a little warm (we like a cool room for sleeping). When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to get back from assisting another guest.

We recently stayed at the Homewood Suites Princeton for a local regatta, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our hotel contact, Abigail, was instrumental in coordinating our group reservation in advance, ensuring everything was seamless for all of our travelers. Upon arrival, the front desk team — especially Ida, who was an absolute delight — made our large group feel immediately welcome and was wonderfully responsive to our needs throughout the stay. The common area near the lobby served as an ideal meeting space, which was a huge plus for a group our size. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and the in-room kitchens were a fantastic amenity that made the stay feel truly comfortable. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen area was very nice, great sized refrigerator. Very convenient coffee maker. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was basic but decent. Location was very convenient to highway.

Really bright modern and clean! Grace on the front desk was really helpful and an absolute asset to Hilton, really warm and welcoming making sure we were comfortable as we were checking in quite late travelling from New York
