Nice staff at front desk. Breakfast was fine.

The sleep sofa in our suite should be thrown away. The springs are shot. The layout of the suite is poorly designed. A person in the living room has to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Pillows were bad.

"Could hear next room yelling at 2:00am and sofa bed bad"

Good breakfast. Ira at the front desk was absolutely fabulous and kind and sympathetic

The guest next to us was screaming on her phone and we could hear everything - it lasted for over 20 minutes and it was 2:00am in the morning. Plus the sofa bed all you could feel was the springs, and there was no blanket for the sofa bed

The place was beautiful, clean and staff was very attentive. The on duty Manager Ida Sarr made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Loved staying here.

I Like the area it's near the Pearson Vue testing center

Maybe just improve the breakfast serve with more variety of food. But the drinks section is exceptional with different hot drinks to choose
