The room was comfortable but the toilet was running all night and wouldn't stop and the bed felt like it was right next to the boiler room,but staff are very friendly and breakfast was really nice

"A very comfortable and quiet stay local to all amenities required."

Locality to Old Stevenage was great. The shops local were also helpful. Despite a busy Christmas Eve night in the bar we heard nothing in the room. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. The only thing not clean was the upper shelf in the wardrobe which left dust in my underwear. Perhaps a a small chest of drawers would be useful for clothes storage.

Good room with great facilities. The staff were brilliant. As my mobility is a problem they really helped me when I needed it. Thank you.

The stairs which I knew about. It's just that the decos on the handrail did get in the way a bit, but it is xmas time so accept . But overall very good stay i will be back.
