Nice comfortable bed, right on ATV trail.

Non existent staff, breakfast was severely lacking, no working coffee or juice machines. Non working ice machine, very little in vending machines. No pool, fitness center not open. No fresh towels on the second day without having to go to the front desk for some. Will not be staying there again.

For a cheap hotel it was decent. My only complaint is when you first go into the lobby, it stinks. The room was comfortable and the employees were kind.

I booked this stay for my 80 year old parents as we were visiting family in the area. Front desk staff was sleepy and seemed completely unfamiliar with the computer system. When they arrived in their room there was what appeared to be poop on one of the beds. It was late and they were tired so they slept in the other bed. The next morning they checked out and the front desk person told them he had cancelled their reservation. I verified that the reservation for their next stay later in the week was cancelled, too. He assured me that it was, even though I had booked through Expedia. As it turns out, I was billed for both stays through Expedia. If I wasn't eligible for a cancellation refund, he shouldn't have told me the stay was cancelled and we wouldn't be charged. Breakfast room was dirty and food unappealing.

This place was pretty run down. There was a junked car and temt at the end of the parking lot. There was standing water overnight in the hallway. Holes in the walls in the hallway. Alot of the stuff in the breakfast room was out of order.

Customer service at check in was good. Very friendly and fast. Reservation was for 2 queen beds; however, believe the beds were full size not queen. Went to desk to check out and had to speak through intercom and was not impressed. Breakfast was good. Although juice machine wasn’t working and they didn’t have any other juice. All in all, it was ok.

Gave this place a 2nd chance. First off I find an envelope for housekeeping looking for a tip. They don't do anything you have to ask at the front desk for clean towels ect. I also found a roofing nail on the floor of the room. The fire alarm went off the first morning, no one to be found at the front desk, never got an all clear from the fire dept. No coffee in the AM prior the to alam and then bad coffee the next day. Breakfast was a joke. TV was intermittently working the entire stay. The language barrier is also very difficult to deal with. Was booked for a redone room same old crappy beat up rooms and bathrooms. Fridge was not cold,

Location was great for our purposes.

The carpet felt wet in our room. My concern was the leaking ice machine right next to our room. The TV had a terrible picture quality and didn’t work when we first got there and reported it. Staff said due to weather(raining) and offered to bring in a a smart tv, we declined. Concern for safety as anyone could walk in side door by ice machine by our room, no card needed to get in. Our door was open in middle of night, only reason it didn’t open all the way was because we had the latch on. Back of parking lot looked like a haven for homeless people. Should I go on?

The staff was awesome! Very nice and very accommodating!!!

It was a nice place to stay for the one night that I was there. The only thing that it didn't have was a wake up call which I needed for the next day.
