There is definitely room for improvement. Breakfast needs to have food untill the end of breakfat time. I gave up going because my only options were toast,yogurt,cereal or walffle.Only once did i find any eggs.

The location was perfect for our needs, it was unfortunate that there was not a 'Accessible Room' available for our stay. My husband had to be very careful stepping in and out of the tub. They were very quick to move us to a first floor room.

I was double billed. I paid for one night ahead of time through booking.com. I needed an additional night so I was told to just show up and they would just add a night to the account that was already billed for the second night. None the less I was billed for 3 nights. I was billed $198 for 2 nights, and had already paid $114 for the second night. Found tics in bathroom on me and the floor near the toilet.

I had a very pleasant stay at Quality Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. Overall, a great value for the price—would definitely stay again!
