Great stay Indian restaurant next door top quality room 205 had a four poster bed and was super clean great tea and coffee supplies

The hotel was great for the price with a really nice Indian restraunt on the premises. Giving 15% discount if you are staying there The breakfast was really great included in the room price.The car park being a bit hilly is my only critismn .Just a nice hotel to stay With great staff

Friendly staff room was basic but comfortable enough for us as we only stayed 1 night, food was amazing albeit quite expensive for 2 people, would I stay again probably yes, parking can be a nightmare if there’s a wedding or event on at the venue rooms

On arrival we struggled to find parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were welcomed and was directed to our room. We had issues with the TV, internet and gaining access to the room. The Door was a hard push to gain entry. The wifi required new passwords etc. The TV remote needed new batteries. The sleep was ok, but the pillows were to high for comfort. Finding the room was stressful. Its a bit of a maze !!!!!. Breakfast was good. However we had to wait for the staff to refill the buffet for pritty much everthing. Other than that no complaints!!!!!

Needed a hotel to stay a few days for work, the breakfast was included in the price, overall it was a good stay for work related trip.

Beds where really uncomfortable, rooms where tiny and not modern, no lift access for my disabled partner. Key card never worked and tried blaming us, food was basic. Main reception was the only part that looked lovely

Rlly great , WiFi wasn’t working however I was suprised at how nice the hotel was I really enjoyed it and the restaurant was 11/10

The hotel has recently been taken over and the restaurant has been renovated into an Indian restaurant which was very nice and the food was good, the photos on the website are all of the restaurant. The hotel is yet to be renovated, the rooms are basic. I was woken up in the night at 2.30am with either rowdy guests or staff laughing and shouting in the reception area which lasted until 3.30am, this is not the behaviour you expect in a good hotel. The breakfast buffet was non existent a cooked breakfast was offer with no choice and was very basic. I will not be returning.
