Have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the United States for many years. When I booked the room was not told they didn't accept pets. We consider our little Yorkie part of our family. We were traveling late and need a room very badly. To begin with where the hotel is is a nightmare to get to. I checked in ND when back to my vehicle to get my bags and the dog and was having a hard time finding the elevator. When we asked the attendant about the elevator we were told pets were not allowed. Under any circumstances. So at 10 at night had to track down someplace to stay. Luckily we found a hotel that was alot more accomadating. To say the least we will never stay at one of your facilities again.
