USWhen we walked into the lobby it immediately smelled like cigarette smoke. This was about 6:30 in the evening. There was no front desk clerk. We waited for about 5 minutes and decided to call to see if a ringing phone would get someone's attention - it did not. So we kept waiting. We could have helped ourselves to the 'market' for sure, but of course we didn't. After about 10 minutes the front desk clerk arrived to get us checked in. Her shirt had burn holes in it, so I am guessing she is the reason the lobby smelled like smoke and also guessing she was on a smoke break when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. One elevator was out of order, the other was also having some problems so that was a little sketchy. Grabbed a bagel in the morning for breakfast and noticed it was moldy.

Towels,sheets and pillow cases smelled like stale sweat. Bathroom floor was smeared, not cleaned. Three not so big bath towels for 2 people. 1 wash rag. Tile outside bathroom was loose. Entry to hotel was not easy to locate and not in great shape
DEEverything was well organized, clean, and the hotel staff was super friendly. Very, very recommendable!
USHotel was very clean. Breakfast was really good~pancakes, biscuits and gravy, omelettes, sausage, fruit and yogurt. Everything we could ask for !
