The staff and the food

Our room was really hot at night I could not sleep. The temperature got up to 78 degrees and the ac did not work

Staff were the best, like having adult pool, spa & bike rentals with trails, great food ,rooms were great with a super bathroom, great venue for weddings or special occasions, golf carts to drive around resort

Very expensive but worth it. No real store for souvenirs,

Walking into the room was, quite simply, breathtaking. The room was stunning, the view was breathtaking, the food was delicious, the service was fantastic. The bed was perfect- firmly supportive and fluffy like a cloud. Had access to a nice clean hot tub for the guests on our floor only...it was the perfect way to spend the weekend with my guy.

The fireplace didn't work.
