"Good"

The Mattress was rock solid. Asked for mattress topper to soften, one was fitted but did little to improve the firmness of the mattress.

I had a very comfortable stay and everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, modern, and perfect for a work trip. The reception team were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and great quality.

The breakfast was very good, although I would have appreciated a few more vegetarian options. Other than that, everything was excellent.

"Reasonable hotel for a short stay."

Clean, nice room. Staff friendly and we had no issues that needed attention.

A long walk from Winter Gardens along dodgy streets. Wouldn't leave our car there so got a lift in from Preston. Breakfast was average at best. Cheap bread for toast. Coffee was so weak from the machine and even adding an espresso didn't improve it. Cooked breakfast was 3/10 according to my husband. We came to see a band and were shocked how Blackpool has ended up. We thought it was bad in the 90s, but now it's derelict and druggies everywhere so be careful walking back to hotel at night.

"Not too shabby"

Love the location. Easy access to Pleasure Beach and near a team stop to travel along the promenade. Room.was comfy and spacious, with a fabulous shower. Food and drinks are very reasonable.

Pillows were awful..lumpy and no substance to them.

The restaurant food could be improved. Not what I expected from the Hilton.
