There was ants running around the bathroom floor, the bed was rock solid

The willingness of the staff to help and the room were great.

Very decent hotel and very god value for money. Excellent breakfast.

A long way from the main station, so a taxi is required.

Loved the staff and brakefast was lovley my son really likes the waffles

Was a few stains on the bed but other then that nothing else

They have free to borrow board games by the lounge. Room is clean

The sofa bed needs updating. Not comfortable to sleep on

No cupboard space , fine if staying one night but not if staying longer.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was fabulous, room was lovely and clean. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

The room was very warm, there are signs up advising you to leave curtains closed however housekeeping hadn’t closed them prior to check-in, I appreciate this is so you can enjoy the sea view and get the feel of the room however with no air con it was sweltering!

Staff fantastic, polite and welcoming cant fault them.

Beds uncomfortable springs in your back normally have a decent nights sleep at a hilton...woke up about 3/4times from loud banging and people talking within the hotel at night. Checked in at 7pm and got up for 8am and out early as didnt have the best nights sleep (iknow people stroll in at all times as we are on holiday but id feel out of place bringing my other half and my little lad due to sound and disruption But it could be different on different nights. The staff and breakfast was 10/10 For the price we also payed the parking could be free for guests. Bathroom door didnt shut right when locking (but strange when a group of friends) Toilets need a toilet brush next to them and the silicone around the shower needs a deep clean as looks mouldy. Rooms are very spacious and modern so that was a nice touch. Just little things let this place down.
