The rooms were comfortable and clean, The Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with variety. The views were stunning!

Établissement hors norme permettant un voyage dans le temps au milieu des plantations de thé! Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite exécutive, chambre au style anglais cozy! Nous avons eu toutefois un peu froid la nuit couverture a disposition. Le dîner sous forme de menu plusieurs plats était irréprochable ! Nous avons été servi par M. Thivyaraj qui était au petit soins!

Localisation un peu excentrée

Mmm … difficult to find really positive points. Even the free tour was disappointing. The staff was friendly, but we are still waiting for the tea at breakfast

The bathroom very old as the carpet. Very noisy … dinner too expensive and not really good. Massage with hidden costs. Difficult to reach and not really worthy. We paid too much for this room. 300 usd for one night is unacceptable. This was probably the biggest disappointment in Sri Lanka.

Awesome views, very interesting location, used to be a real tee factory high up in the hills and above the clouds. Good spa and extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Nice cosy restaurant.

The road to the property is narrow and winding. The property feels slightly overpriced, but is still probably the best hotel near Nuwara Elia.
